Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:
The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant:
The transaction cannot be processed due to one or more of the following:
the installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters
a different submission protocol is required. For instance, a more secure submission may be required
the installation number is invalid
| This is a simple error and easy to fix. The reasons for the error are shown on the left.
The "submission protocol" used is the same as for all other FastCart accounts - this will never be wrong so you can rule this out as a cause.
The installation ID and the installation number are the same thing. Therefore, the cause of this error is that the Select Junior Installation ID that you entered in the FastCart control panel is wrong. Check your installation ID to fix the problem.

Check: installation ID - you may get this error if you have entered the wrong installation ID currency settings - you can only use the currencies that have been set up on this Select Junior Installation test mode - you must use test mode 100 (on) until WorldPay have activated your account and made it live authorisation mode - your authmode setting is incorrect for the capture delay settings chosen in your WorldPay account - see WorldPay Capture Delay page for more information

No transaction session available
No payment information is available. This means one of the following has occurred:
you have completed or cancelled your payment
you have cookies disabled. To complete your payment enable cookies, press the 'back' button on your browser until you reach the first WorldPay payment page and start again.
you were delayed in completing your payment and your session at WorldPay has timed out. Press the 'back' button until you are back at the supplier's site and resubmit your payment.
there was a misconfiguation on the supplier's site. Please contact the supplier and explain the circumstances of the problem.
If you still cannot resolve the problem then contact shopperhelp@worldpay.com.
Note: Please check that you have not received an email receipt before resubmitting your order. If you wish to view your existing WorldPay accounts, you can login at
the WorldPay admin URL
| Again the causes of this error message are shown on the left. This error is normally seen when the shopper has waited too long on the payment page and the payment page session has expired, or they have completed or cancelled the payment, in which case the payment page session is "destroyed" (deleted).
This error will also be displayed if the shopper's browser does not allow cookies to be set. However, FastCart uses cookies as well, so if the browser does not accept cookies, the shopper won't even get to the WorldPay payment page.
The solution for this error is to return to FastCart and try making payments again. If the product details have disappeared from FastCart, the FastCart session has also expired, so the shopper will need to start shopping again.

- web sites use "server sessions" to temporarily remember information. Most websites that allow you to shop online or allow you to login (including forums / games sites etc) or maintain other information will use sessions.
Server sessions generally last all the time you are visiting the web site and for 10 to 20 minutes after your last activity on that website - this allows you to leave the website for a few minutes and come back, and the website will still remember your details. If you leave the website for too long, the server session will "expire" and the information will be "forgotten".
